My name is Gerri D. Smith, and if there’s one thing that truly defines me, it’s my love for creativity, learning, and finding beauty in everyday life. Over the years, I’ve been blessed to explore many passions as a writer, fashion and craft designer, educational researcher, and entrepreneur. Every path I’ve taken has taught me something meaningful, and I’ve genuinely loved every step of the journey.

For many years, I worked in the corporate world, but deep inside I always felt my heart belonged somewhere more creative and fulfilling. In 2008, I made the decision to leave that chapter behind and focus on the things that truly brought me joy and peace. It was one of the best decisions I ever made because it allowed me to reconnect with the creative side of myself that had always been waiting to shine.
